This is to ensure that you have a solid foundation and understanding of our fundamental movements and how our classes run at CrossFit Penzance.

Join CrossFit Penzance today with our Intro to CrossFit pack! This pack includes a 1-1 intro session where we teach you our funadmental movements and how our classes run. Once you have completed your 1-1 you then have 21 days of unlimited membership. Don't wait, purchase now and start your journey with us!

BOOK YOUR 1-1

After purchasing your intro pack, you can easily book your 1-1 intro session at a time that suits you best. Simply download the WodBoard app, Sign in, and head to the appointments section to book your 1-1 slot.

Completed your 

1-1 intro session with one of our coaches? 

Now you can enjoy 21 days of unlimited access to our classes. On completion, you can then choose any of our monthly rolling memberships that suit you to keep up the momentum. Let's work together to achieve your fitness goals!
